Can receivers in your flight path on your video frequency affect your video range?

Ok so here is a wierd idea of mine. My friends at the local Hobbytown just love hearing about and watching my FPV videos. I keep talking about flying from my apartment over to the shop for a flyby. I would call them before I takeoff to give them a heads up. But since it is a retail business afterall, they wouldn't all be able to come outside and wave since they have a store to run. I was wondering if before my flight, if I dropped off an extra receiver and omni antenna to mount on a tripod outside the store and run the av leads inside to their tv so they could watch from inside the store, would it affect my video signal/range at all? Common sense would say no, since its just another receiver, but I was just curious...

This would have no effect on your transmitting signal. Think about it this way.... if you have diversity, you are already doing it.

I will get around to it in the next few weeks, gotta test all my new equipment first. It should be a nice flight though, only two miles away (its not good to live this close to an RC shop lol)

You can do a remote landing this way - they can guide you in over the phone - and you can fly straight through the front doors and land on the shelf where the other Radians are.
