I have a set of these, they work... but there heavy.
But they will never break.
I am using the carbon fiber "GemFan" props from DJIUSA com. they are super light and strong. I am hoping they will get them back in stock soon.
I also like the Graupner E-prop they spin at a higher RPM.

I am in love with those Gemfans Gundy posted, they look awessome!
So why are the DJI props considered to be so bad? Are they severely out of balance? Fragile? Inefficient? My DJI FW450 will be here today and I planned on using the stock props. I'm going to balance them like I do all my props of course. Just curious as to why they are considered bad...
The drama is because quite a few people had crashes with those props 10" or 8".
They just break in mid-air, no reason.
I contacted my supplier and they said that the crashes are caused due the heavy load on those rotors (fpv gear, cameras and whatnot).
Ah okay, thanks. I don't plan on heavily loading mine... at least that's what I'm saying now.I'm assuming the 10" props are for 3s setups and the 8" props for 4s setups?
