Thread: TBS DISCOVERY - New quadrocopter frame

yeah drawing off the balance tabs is fine for quads. you won't be in the air long anyway for the cells to become unbalanced you should mail me about your CORE, though. If your traces are fine it should be an easy replacement. if not for the clean wiring, then for the OSD

    the batery size is fine.

Anybody who is building a Discovery and is using the Naza, feel free to copy my PID settings, I just spent 3h fine tuning them

How many engineers does it take to change a light bulb?
    3. One to hold the light bulb and two to turn the ladder.

Thanks for sharing. My settings look similar but your yaw and vert are quite high...
    I'll try your settings later.

    What setup are you using?
    3/4cell?
    DJIMotors, Props, ESC?
    Battery weight?

has anyone seen this yet? maybe stick some green soft ear plugs underneath to stabilize it a little more. Havent looked too closely to see if it will fit the discovery but it also might not be hard to build something similar to fit:

doens't work, it gets "old" over time and less performance.

    Trappy's right.
The O-rings used get stiff and lose their elasticity quickly. You'd need to keep Orings of the right size on hand so you can change them in short intervals.

And they can fatigue and snap if you don't change them regularly too!

Do I need to ream out the DJI prop cap/nut as well?
