No, I haven't tried 4s yet. I may have to invest in a few and give it a try.

This is on a HT-FPV and QAV500... Soon to be Discovery also...

I am running the ntm 1200 with Graupner 8s on 3s and it is fun. But when I run it on 4s it is a rocket.

Borrow someones 4s and see how you like it.

    TBS CORE update
Our manufacturer has had 2 days delay for the TBS COREs. It's a 40 day production run, so not too bad They are punching the TBS CORE through a series of tests right now, and should ship a first run express to us tomorrow. If all things go well, we should have enough here by Friday to start working on the 3-digit waiting list. If everything goes according to plan, we'll need to rent a truck on Monday to drive most, if not all orders to the post office on Monday.

Should the TBS CORE arrive on Monday, we will ship on Wednesday.

    Thanks for your patience guys!

How many engineers does it take to change a light bulb?
    3. One to hold the light bulb and two to turn the ladder.

    HEY THANKS TRAPPY & TBS....

Here's my TBS Discovery indoor Maiden.
It was videoed indoors at night with an F8000 Car DVR which I intend to use for FPV.
The Cam is similar to the HoryzonHD without the ripoff factor or the pink cast on the video.

    Running gear:
    DJI NAZA
    RCTimer BL-2830-11/1000kv
    Turnigy Nanotech 3.3A 4s
    HK ESCs - F-30A
    HobbyPrince 8" Green Props

Traveller, Thanks for posting the video showing your quad with the NTM 1200's. I already ordered a few of the 1200's and a set of 8" props to try out for myself. I will wait and see what your opinion on the 1350's before I order more motors.

Hey guy's, okay tonight i have encountered something weird... until now everything was just great with my setup (NTM's 1200kv, 30amp plus on 4s) but tonight my disco started to act very strange... the moment i connect the lipo my number 3 motor starts acting like it is being jammed by something. i have checked almost all possibility's such as dust, sand, loose magnet's which maybe stalling the motor but to no content. Then I tried another motor same problem.. so i now know that it is NOT the motor which is the culprit. The ESC are almost new (come from another quad) and never acted up like this before... so at the moment I have no idea what could be the problem could be...

I have added a shot vid to show what i mean:

any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Regards

    Fer

Ps: if this to OT pleas forgive me and tell me so that i can place my question elsewhere!
