    Flying over residential areas....

So I have seen drones being flown over my neighborhood often, sometimes at night sometimes during the day. Is this safe and responsible flying? Sometimes it is a speedy little guy zipping around and other times it's a larger AP drone just going for a leisurely flight.

I for one don't fly over people or houses, cars, boats etc...I don't consider it safe.

No it is not responsible!! If I fly in my neighborhood it's for testing only and I always stay over the street. Flying over other peoples houses is just irresponsible and dangerous.

Yes I have done simple hover tests in my yard many times. If you want ooh can go to the perimeter of my neighborhood and fly away into open areas and not fly over people and homes. Thsnks for the input.

You are kidding right? Flying over people or property, legal or not is so not a good idea. Simply throwing a prop will bring it down immediately.
