Power problem somewhere ????

Hi There, hoping that someone here might be able to point me in the right direction with regards a problem my quad has just developed. Quick details about the quad, home built 600 size, Naza-M V2 F/c, Multistar 4225-610Kv motors, Afro 30A ESC's and 5200Mah 4 cell battery, which up until the other day had given no problems what so ever. It hadn't been out for a while but I grabbed it the other morning to do some aerial sunrise photos, loaded the battery, GPS lock, take off and climb out, then before I realised it, the trees that it usually bounds over on take off had managed to reach out and grab it out of the air, too late I noticed that the Naza led was flashing red, bewildered I thought I must have loaded a discharged battery but a check later proved that not to be the case. The quad has been rebuilt and today I took it out for its first test flight, 2 fully charged batteries later and no joy, it would get into the air, flash red then descend back to the ground, it runs up ok but thats it, my guess is the power distribution board maybe the problem so I will start there but failing that I am certainly up for any suggestions that will help identify the problem,

Have you confirmed your voltage in the advanced tab is the same as your actual battery voltage in the assistant software? Just a thought

Thanks for suggestion j5, I hadn't, but have now and voltage is correct, played around with assistant but to no avail, will take out PDB a bit later today and try a 4 way distribution harness I have, should confirm status of PDB,

Ok so quick update, I switched out the PDB for the 4 way harness I mentioned earlier, I even used a fully charged battery but no difference to the original problem, as soon as the quad was powered up for launch the Led flashed red and the quad was airborne for no more than 30 seconds before it started to descend, so now I am really stumped, any suggestions will certainly be appreciated,

Might be a bad ESC or the sort. Best bet is swap tronics at this point.

I would try a different battery first and do all the calibrations, Occums razor!
A cold solder joint could do intermittent problems.
Just my 1 cents worth.

Do u have osd that senses current? does it show a high current draw?
IS one motor hotter than the others?
