Question My Vortex does not keep the settings from Betaflight or Cleanflight

My Vortex does not keep the settings from Betaflight or Cleanflight

    Setup:
ImmersionRC Vortex 250 PRO (UmmaGawd Edition)
Radio JR xg8 with JR Reciver

It all worked with the old FW but after upgrading to the latest version it looses the config when I unplug it from the PC.
When its connected I can get it to work with stick input + +
When I unplug it and start it up for the “first” time you get “Center all controls” on the screen. But as its lost all the config of the sticks you cant do this.

Have been trying all the tips I can find on the forums but no luck fixing it.

Anyone idea why it does not ??

    Thx
    Eirik

    Hi,

You have to run the txwizzard completely and finish it. Otherwise it won't save the settings.

    Ahh, ok.
    yes, have read it. hehehe

The problem is, when its connected with USB and beeing configed I get the sticks to work and I see the output in Betaflight or Cleanflight
When I the SAVE it and power off and ON the drone it looses this settings.
I then have no way of
“Center all controls” in osd as it does not register the stick input I do.
And when I reconnect it to USB/BetaF the config is no longer there.

Or am I missing a step here from when the config is done ?
I dont see any osd at that time I think...

BIG thx for trying to help me out, I really appreciate it.

Pls do a txwizzard reset and run the txwizzard in your goggles. you can reset either by osd or by the vortex configurator app.

    ok, thx.
As the receiver is XBUS JR I have no respons in my FatShark goggles before the config is done.
Ill ask my local supplier off they have a better choice of radio and receiver.

Hrmf.... one long night and Im still stuck at the same place.
In OSD I have no input and can't "Center all input" and noting happens when I move the sticks on the Taranis Q X7
It says Reciver in SBUS mode in OSD and I have Flash FW with OSD_v1.0.0.43_Ummagawd.fw
