    Hi anta377,
Did you upgrade your wand from a Mac? If it's the case, it's certainly explaining your problem.
Do you have a chance to try to upgrade from a Windows PC?
Thanks in advance for your help and sorry for the inconveniences

As stated in the updated version of the readme :
    #HOW TO UPGRADE WAND FIRMWARE
    Warning:
!!Upgrading a Wand from a Mac is not working, and it will result in an unsuable Wand until
you get a change to update it from a PC!!
    1. Turn Wand Off
    2. Press and hold the Program Button ( the big red one ) while connecting Wand to PC using a USB Cable
    3. Start vortex-configurator (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...ihdojjdjphdeog)
    4. Select Right COM Port
    5. Click Flash Firmware
    6. Select the firmware file (.fw)
    7. Wait the operation complete

    Hi anta377,

If you plug a USB cable ( without pressing the button as you would do to put Wand in bootloader mode ), does the wand power on?

I would try to flash again 1.0.5 ( if not retried yet )

If you still have a problem try to flash 1.0.1, you can download it from here https://1drv.ms/u/s!AiZ2aNrxhKIooyWq72P1VCQ0Tc4x

Let me know how it works.
