    VAS Pegasus

Has anyone flown one of these? Looks neat, but little to no info on it out there.

Most people are afraid of it because of the canard. However, it is one of the smoothest planes you will ever fly. It is not a race plane (eventhough it is quite fast). It is a distance ship and great for mountain surfing.

If it is broken, fix it. if it isn't broken, I'll soon fix that.

It just doesn't seem like it would travel well. That, and the canards wouldn't last long landing in the Arizona desert. I bet it flies amazing though.

That's why my canard is attached with double stick tape. In a crash, it breaks away and just needs to be re-attached.

Well, I just bought an Anubis. Maybe a Pegasus next year.

Alex, what is a good motor for the Pegasus? What will you be using for a motor Dale?

    Thanks,

    Chris.

Some flavor of 22 sized Cobra. I am putting 2.4 video gear on her so I am thinking something that is fairly efficient on 7 to 8 inch prop.
