    Goggles fogging up

I'm new to FPV and have recently purchased the Skyzone goggles. I notice that after a few minutes they start to fog up. Is this normal? Any thoughts on how to stop this?

    Thanks

Normal depending on atmospheric conditions... you could add a small fan similar to fatshark goggles or I find wearing them over head for about ten minutes before placing over eyes helps some.. again depends on the amount of moisture and the temps...

Just look around using google, there are DIY mods, and a few people using the Fatshark faceplate (which also makes the goggles more comfortable iMO).
My google search = "skyzone goggle fan"

Looks like it will solve the problem. I'll order a set and give it a shot.

    Thanks

Always google and ask around, make sure it will fit correctly.

If you have access to a 3d printer there are ones on there for FS, chances are there maybe one for skyzone.

If you're in the US check out your local library, chances are they may have a 3D printer if it's a big enough branch.

I would go with the FS faceplate, not only does it fit better on my face, it keeps the fog away.

Just make sure you surf around and verify the one you buy will work.

Or if you have some spare time try to find a Maker Faire going on near you and drop in ... 3d printers and drones kinda go together and chances are someone there will have or be willing to print a plate for you
