    Not even trying now

OMG... the media is so wrapped up in this "drone hate" mindset that now they're not even pretending to have their facts straight.

    From this Guardian story

"The close encounter between the wide-body, four-engine Airbus A380 and the drone occurred at about 1.30pm at an altitude of 5,000ft (152 metres) as the unmanned aircraft passed about 200ft (61 meters) over the Lufthansa flight 14 miles (22.5 km) east of the city’s international airport, the FAA said"

I invite people to do their own math and calculate how many meters 5,000 feet really is.

Hell, what's an order of magnitude between friends?

    Sigh!

Fox News suddenly became a Diane Feinstein lover and read her statement against drones. You could read Julian Banderas' face as she let logic go and went emotional when she said 'drones have no business being in the air'. I sent a nasty letter to them immediately.

Probably just a bird imitating a drone. Happens all the time. They just love scaring the shit out of paranoid airline pilots. Ducks are the worst.

I wonder how many UFO sighting there were on a daily basis before drones, and now how many are there? I would suspect none because they are all reported as drones now, so ridiculous!

Should just release a bunch of white balloons with black drones drawn on and see what happens.

    5000 feet = 1524 meters, it's a simple typo.
