Can't wait to get the mini out in the morning. Can't wait to rip all my registration numbers off everything too! Can't believe a dude challenged that and won.

Saw that. Great news! I never registered, I strongly believed they had no authority to do what they were doing and glad to find out I was right.

Tried to fly more level this time....

I think I'm gonna stop here and go for endurance. 2kw is enough.

Trouble controlling is almost always cg. Even very minimal movement in the elevons will control the airplane. Difficulty keeping control is usually because it's trying to fly off the elevons. Where is your balance point? Should be 5/8" in front (towards the nose) of the front edge of the front spar slot. The handling on this plane is ridiculous, so anything less than complete authority and something is certainly wrong.
Getting close to a maiden. Still need to setup the vector, CG, and throws/reflex. Was wondering if anybody has some launch tips? What mode do you launch in with the Vector?

I launch in manual, about 75% throttle, hand at wing root palm side up,and throw up at about 35 deg angle.I can launch a bit flatter trajectory provided I give enough throttle.

CG from memory is about 5/8" in front of front spar, and about 2-3 mm of reflex.
Here`s a little vid showing launch.

I tried out some props over the weekend - the 7x9 gave me about 105 flat and level. I had someone throw it for me the first time, so it only torque rolled a bit, but the second time I threw it myself and it did a full rotation, lol. Luckily a got it up and out. Went back to the 7x6 - I think it does the best out of all.

Hoss, did you by any chance check your wattage when flying around? I'd like to know how much power she needs just to maintain height with the stock setup. With my setup its between 60 and 120W; I have the ratcheting thingy on the throttle and this is one notch's difference. I was surprised it's still so low even though it's probably the least efficient setup. This last run was flown with a 6x7 prop (a 7x7 bullnosed).
