    Poor distance with Cricket 200mw

Just got a new Cricket 5.8ghz 200mW vtx and it simply doesn't work as well as my older ImmersionRC and Cricket vtxs. I've had 2 of the original Cricket 5.8ghz 200mW from the first batch and they worked great. This new one I just got simply doesn't work as well. Almost as if it were a 25mW version, rather than a 200mW. I dont' have a way to measure the output though so all I can do is see how my video is at the field I fly at a lot. With this new one I'm getting breakup really quickly, maybe 50 to 75 meters out in a clear field. My older Cricket would stay rock solid easily until the end of the field. Not sure what the problem is. Have tried different antennas and its the same. I will try switching another vtx in to see if its something wrong with another component, but I doubt it since nothing has changed aside from the vtx.
