    After watching that video, I convinced people living in any urban rat trap where instant gratification is king, are really suckers for anything, no matter what it costs anyone else.

    sigh... fine, I will ask, though I will probably regret it... what will it cost someone else? The right to fly his own drone between 0 and 400 feet because the skies are so thick with Amazon drones that it blots out the sun?

    Regretfully you nailed it, in high density urban areas, Amazon wants the ground to 400.

    Do you find these areas in the urban areas that drone delivers will most likelu be deployed first?

    I don't think they will have much impact on wildlife because humans have already converted most of the land in urban and suburban areas to roads, and grass.

    Amazon can have it, in urban areas for all I care. However by their own diagram it looks like they want it everywhere, and to make tiny little predefined "low risk areas" like model flying fields where anyone can fly as high as they want, but only within that zone. I would take issue with that.
