very sensative stick control. Is that a clean flight or Tx adjustment

recently updated to clean flight 1.91 with IRC firmware 1.15
Been having issues with the sticks being really twitchy.
All my mid points are set as the parameters been posted on previous posts.
I did the mid RC set as 1500 as per what shows for a taranis x9d as well.

My question is how does one soften the reaction time of the TX so Gives me time to put it in a nice hover before flying .
just seems that my sticks have become way to sensitive and have to over correct which throws me in crash.
Can someone give me hints or guide me on how to soften the sticks reactions, mostly the throttle stick to be able to control it better.
Still a novice to miniquads coming from Arial platform quads, which have a slower and smoother reaction on the sticks.

You could setup a curve so that it enables less sensitive throttle control around the mid point. I think painless 360 did a video of this on their youtube channel.

been checking them out, seems may set up a dual rate expo, so have that option of having reg. settings and dumbed down experience settings on the lower switch

I have set up dual expo's by assigning them to a switch and when toggled I am given a voice prompt on the taranis x9d
