Bluetooth module and FrSky D4R-II Telemetry not working properly

I realized that while using the bluetooth module that my D4r telemetry wasn't working properly. After researching I came across this article about using option 2. My understanding is that the naze32 shares the rx/tx Bluetooth pins with the FrSky telemetry pins so I reconfigured my setup by wiring the external telemetry rx port of the D4r to the naze on pin 6 as the instructions said. I have done all this but I still can't figure out how to get this to work properly.

The main problem is that I'm not sure what to do in cleanflight. I'm using cleanflight v1.9. The CLI commands in the instructions are not accepted commands in cleanflight 1.9 so I'm assuming this was written for a different firmware/version. When I enable the softserial in the setup tab and go to the ports tab I now see softserial 1 and 2 there. I'm not sure what to check and enable or how to assign these ports for certain things like uart 1 for telemetry and softserial 1 for BT. Does anyone know how to get these working properly?

So nobody knows about this? I find that kind of strange considering everyone uses the naze32, receiver, and prob a BT module.
