Thread: Bad service at ReadyMadeRc on return for store credit

    I developed an issue with a Taranis X9D Plus I purchased from RMRC a few months ago. I contacted RMRC on Thursday 7/09/15 and promptly received a reply. My initial "diagnosis" was incorrect and other symptoms developed over the weekend. I informed them as the condition worsened and Dave at RMRC suggested a new transmitter which he sent out on Monday 7/13/15 NO QUESTIONS ASKED! It will arrive on Thursday 7/16/15, ONE WEEK after my transmitter died. How can anyone complain about service like that? Hats off the their staff and RMRC, they have a solid customer for life!
