Minimum valid power levels of EzUHF JR module as measured by IRC power meter?

    Hi,
Factoring in the tolerances of the specified equipment, what would be minimum transmission levels on both low and high to be considered as passing for the JR module?

The jr module 150 on low and 500 on high and the metal box version 200 on low and 600mw on hi...

on on my metal box version I get 350mw on low and 990mw on high and that is running a fully charged 3 cell lipo connected to the barrel plug on the tx and power level read with the immersionrc power meter
