Thread: Tankito

  1. #71
Finally got a chance to start tuning mine last weekend and I have to say with the 2208 1800kv and the 6045BN running 4S 1800 it flies AMAZING. I have some starter PID's for Luxfloat on CF 1.9 if anyone is interested. The only thing is I haven't been able to tune out the yaw wobble yet. I need to mess with it more. If anyone has any tips for the yaw wobble I'm having I'm all ears.

    R: P 1.2 I 0.039 D 25
    P: P 1.8 I 0.043 D 30
    Y: P 3.5 I 0.045 D 1

    Rates:

    R: 0.65
    P: 0.65
    Y: 0.22

    RC Rate: 1.10
    RC Expo: 0.65

EDIT: Forgot to mention my looptime is 1500, makes a huge difference too!

Hey LV, I just loaded betaflight on my tankito and will be tuning it more soon, so I'll get back to you about the yaw. Have you looked into using blackbox for data logging?

I have an addon device for blackbox haven't used it yet though. I was flying yesterday and I couldn't really notice the yaw wobble anymore with my current PID's at least in FPV.

Hey guys, can I just confirm that the long screws used to attach the arms are 30mm screws? Mine are due for replacement before they become stuck or cause damage to the CF plates.
