    CG and Placement

Forgive me if this has been answered, but search turned up very little.

I am installing a Vector in a Zephyr, and would like to put it in a place similar to where I had a Ruby installed previously. Unfortunately, this puts the Vector IMU about 4" (on center) in in front of the CG of the plane, and about 2" off-axis, to the right of the CG.

How sensitive is the Vector to this type of placement? I looked in the software, and did not see a place to offset any placement values. Please see below for an example of where I'd like to place the unit:

    Hello,

That should not be an issue but we suggest increasing the gain slowly from a knob or slider during your first stabilization tests.

    Regards, John
