Many thanks Tim- now... maybe Lumenier could grab some orange hardware, get an orange lipo, some orange xt-60's and other orange odds and ends (anyone knows what rhymes with orange?) ...and shoot all that out to me with one of these kits and a discount code for future purchase and I will build a "Team" version for ya, ROFL!

*custom build services... pick your poison on color schemes!

Hmmm, I think "lozenge" rhymes with orange... sort of. I will need one from hollering with joy when I don't break a prop from bumping a tree trunk!

I like the edge paint and the overall orange theme. Looks good!

I got my Gemfan 5x3 props in and I'm not getting the vibration issues that I was with the bull nose props. However, I tried some hovering in my living room and it really wants to drift back and to the left a lot. I'm a noob at all of this stuff, so I'm hoping I can figure out something in the FC to fix it.

CC3D. It seems to drift in any mode.

If it was in stabilize mode I'd say trim or recalibrate your accelerometers, but if it's doing it in rate mode... Is it not holding its angle in rate? As I've stated before here, this frame seems to need a little more I gain, especially in fast forward flight. Give that a try in rate mode, see if it'll hold its angle better.

Now I just need to figure out what "I gain" means :-) You're referring to the "Integral" settings? I'm still reading and learning as fast as I can. I'm going to get it back out tonight and do some tinkering.

I'm running the recommended settings from Lumenier: http://www.lumenier.com/images/produ...av250-pids.jpg

Yes, the integral settings. If it responds well and doesn't oscillate rapidly, but fails to maintain attitude over time, then increase the I value for the axis it's slipping on. There's lots of videos out there explaining PID's, well worth learning as much about it as you can.
