LC filter vs commercial options to reduce video noise

    Hello all,

I am working on my first FPV rig and I have a ton of video noise, especially when I spool up the motors of my Y6 copter.

Looking at my options, I have discovered some VERY inexpensive options like DIY LC filters like this one:

Or, there are commercial options like this one (I ordered one to try it):

So, can I expect similar performance (or not) from either of these options? The cost difference is extreme.

    Thanks!

They're both a lowpass filter with a low cutoff frequency. They'll both work fine.

In some cases a DIY LC filter is even better.
    Cheers, :)
