What mah packs are you running to hit the 30min mark? 6S I assume. Also what is your AUW?

    Thanks

Hey Jason.. I have interest in the answer to this as well, but, am I missing what post you're replying to? Who said they were getting 30mins?

Right now I'm running Tiger MN3110-17 700kv on 11x5 Cf props with HK 30a flashed. With full Naza V2 and gimbal and lights. Running 4s-5000mah and getting 12-14mins depending on flying with 3.6 left per cell. These are also old lipos so....times would increase with newer lipos.

Low KV motors running 6S with 12" props is now a pretty standard recipe for long flights. It's just how big of a gas tank you can add to the frame, and weight of course. So did they test with a 8k or 10k mah batt, what is the max size you can fit into the new frame?

With a 6s 3000mha you can fly for 20min no problem. to jump to 30min you need extra long standoffs and a 5000mha 6s battery.

Ahh, ok you were replying to a whole other forum then, that's why I didn't see it.

Yeah I'm also aware of the "standard recipe" and like you an curious of the battery size and AUW.

    So what's up David?!
