do you think Surveilzone will NOT put out additional firmware release?

Do you think this product will always have this "aspect ratio" problem you stated in Post#5 ?

Or is this issue only defective on your purchase ?

Your statement gives caution to future buyers.

We thank you for advising this new product to the market has fault and requires "a fix" to view in correct aspect ratio.

Sorry for any delayed reply. We've already forwarded the question to the technicians. Since it is National Day holiday, we will respond once we get the answer from the manufacture.

OSD can be disabled (clean video from plane), but aspect ratio is wrong, i didn't found any setting to correct it.
Ofc it's easy to fix (when editing or viewing), so minor problem...
Another issue - huge files (but SD cards are cheap now...).
Aspect ratio, it can't be fixed at the moment.

Huge files issue, you can set to different record quality. The higher image quality, the larger file it consumes. You can set to standard mode to record.

    As for D1 resolution:

    Best mode: 1.7G/hour
    Good mode: 1.2G/hour
    Standard mode: 800M/hour

Does not looks good. Ofc can be corrected (probably, but does not looks like any standart aspect ratio, like 16:9 and so on) after recording in video editor, but not good to use "out of the box".
    Any proper fix for that?

Is there a wire diagram for this board showing what wires are for what purpose?

I can't seem to find one. I have the manual but the labels where the wires exit the connector are in a different language.

    Thanks.
