Inverting a 5.8 GHz CP Cloverleaf

OK, on my mini quad the 5.8 Cloverleaf goes up from the vTX, it is RHCP. On my FW450 I would like to mount the antenna pointing down from the vTX. Is there a problem with this, and will it change the polarization?

Works the same inverted or upright as far as polarization goes. Inverted usually gives a better LOS between the antennas so I'd say go for it.

Not so sure about that... frosting hitting the tounge first vs second (or sprinkles for that matter). <- completely invalidated if you don't have either of these on your doughnut (the jelly is still in the middle either way...)
When nothing else out there will suit your needs... design and build it yourself.
