    Diversity monitor with DVR setup?

Hello all! This is my first post :-)

I recently received my TBS diversity monitor which is perfect for what I'm doing. Love it.

I also bought a DVR from foxtech but can't quite figure out a clutter free way of installing this. I thought just using "Diversity AV out" to the DVR would be best but I cannot access the menu for setup. Using "AV in" also doesn't work.

Has anybody done this before? How did you have it?

    Cheers,
    Jim :-)

Finally hacked into this thing. The problem is the wiring. Where you would normally plug red to red, yellow to yellow etc. on RCA plugs, mine has been jumbled around so red goes to yellow.

If anyone else finds themselves with a seemingly faulty DVR, might be worth checking this.

Now making it all simple and clutter free is a a breeze to sort!

    :-)

    Hi jimmy

I have the exact same problem with my dvr! Would you mind sharing the specifics of the wiring?

    Thanks!

    Sure

Plug the red cable going out from your DVR into the yellow coming from your monitor. This fixed it for me. I do not use the other two cables as I dont have sound transmitting anyway.

If this doesn't work if you have a multimeter to check continuity from the DVR, thats where things were muddled up with mine.

    Goodluck!
