What radio do you have it connected to, what voltage are you using to power it, what version of the Tx is it? Please enlighten. Did you flash BOTH the tx and RX to 1.5?

Yes its flashed both with 1.50 FW and like i sat i did fly on it and binded it before safely. Im using Spektrum DX8 voltage on the TX is 3s battery so 12V and on the rx is UBEC with 5.5V for RX

Im powering the TX out of its own dedicated 3s battery so its not using the dx8 power. But its not my tx thats the problem but its the RX thats acting wearied when i power my RX it instantly starts to blink the led?? and i know it should not do that. and this prevents me from binding.

Wait, your title and everything else says your TX is blinking? Now its the RX? Blinking,,, or rapid "Heartbeat" which can be mistaken for blinking? Have you tried to connect the RX to the software and bind it that way?
