i just received my bracket and although it first nicely, i immediately made a few modifications.

it works ok with the Polar Pro ND filter.

it does not work with the layer lens polarizer filter. i had to dremel the front brace to make it fit. there is very little meat left in the front brace, but i think it will be ok.

i also dremel'd the back so i can remove the battery in place.

i can post photos if anyone is interested.

Is that an external micro card writer you have mounted above your go pro?

I love this this camera bracket and would never go back to the strap but the only downside is I still have to remove the Go Pro to change memory cards and to charge the battery. If you have an external reader it would solve one of these problems

Yeah, I had the bracket for a while now too. Totally like it and not going back to the velcro strap.

I have to get myself that external card reader as well, but with the new bracket it's still way easier to get the camera out and access the card than it was with the stock strap.

Just received mine, camera and antenna brackets. Totally snug fit with go pro, helps me alot in taking off/putting it on.Antenna bracket was also nice, it's simple and does the job very well. Thanks Dan!

    MicroSD Card Extender

KZ-B18 SD Card extender... Make sure you get one like the image I posted. The first extender I purchased was too long (male connector) and it stuck out of the GoPro too far.

I originally had some foam to help hold the GoPro in place, but I always struggled to wedge it back into place and the strap always seemed to be in the way. Dan's mount is such a nice fit and makes getting the camera in and out a breeze.

    i'll post photos tonight..

    the other thing i tried...

when putting the velcro strip on, leave it overhang the slot where the front brace goes in. it makes it a bit harder to put the front brace in, but then i don't need to use the screw on top. just a pin/wedge or a cut piece of cable tie. this way, easy to remove, less weight, and no interference with the cage.

but then again, this is only useful if i'm removing the go pro for the memory card and battery, which i don't intend to do.

i think if i do the external memory card (i can already can remove the battery in situ), i will use the screw to hold the go pro in (not thumb screw).

are you sure it isn't the Bplus B1809A with 9cm length instead of 16cm? looks exactly the same but shorter.
