Can anyone post their pid's for a larger hexapcopter im flying the vector on a Tarot fy680. Ive got all of my basic gains maxed out at 200 and it flies fairly well, but i want to change some advanced settings so that I can get the basic gains down to around 100 to be able to further increase them and see if I can get better performance.. What what should i try changing first in the advanced gains and by how much?

I checked the manual and it states on page44/45:
"The basic gains act as a multiplier on top of the inner loop PID gains. For example, increasing the
Pitch/Elevator Basic Gain has the effect of increasing each of the Inner P, I, and D pitch gains by the same
    proportion."
What this means is if you decrease you basic gain from 200 to 100 (make it half as big), and at the same time double the advanced gains P I and D, you should end up at same controller setup. Than you could start increasing the basic gain again if you like.
I am thinking of ordering a Vector for my build of a Tarot680pro also, so I am interested to follow your progress with your hexa.

    Try running the "Preflight Checklist".
You might have missed something from there...

    Hi ,
I personally made a mistake when testing on bench (guess you are on the bench also now, no props), that the USB still was connected, that prevents the motors from spinning/arming.
How do you check that the arming is done ok, on the video OSD?
Have you looked at the logs for any message there that could give some clue?

Sounds like you have the slow start.the props will pulse 3 times then start. You can disable this in the software.
