Just built a TBS-equipped (Core Pro PNP, Crossfire Rx, TBS GPS), lamm'ed PopWing that maidens tomorrow. It's a pig but it's a pretty one, will be a nice FPV cruiser I think.

Love my PNP50s and love my Core Pro which hasn't even flown yet.
What FC do you use? It's already working for PX4, APM, betaflight and cleanflight.

Oh, not using a flight controller on my wing. PPM from the Crossfire micro Rx going into a PPM/PWM converter for servos and ESC. Just dreaming of the Core Pro natively displaying an AH as an option, would be nice now that I have one in a wing.

Not with this hardware. And there is no hardware revision planned.

Can anyone shed some light on how to hook up the core pro with an immersion vtx. I even bought the cable set but I'm not sure of the schematics. I see the large keyed connector gives into the large solo obviously on the vtx, but do I power the vtx with its own cable like usual or use the cable set I have from tbs? Because it comes with a just type modified cable just not sure where all this stuff goes. And I consider myself pretty familiar with this usually lol. I'm stumped. Thanks.

hey dude the immersion vtx needs to be powered direct from the battery source and NOT through the core pro. you can use 1 cable you have to go from core pro to vtx. that cable has only 3 wires. ground, video and audio.

Thanks Doobie, so plugging the vtx into the core and then powering it from the separate source like you would normally with immersion works fine? Does the core mess with the built in regulator on the vtx?
