Well, finding a job is near impossible, so the cularis on the back burner on the stove in the attic. Instead of the cularis, I am going to resurrect my bixler, and put a flip 32+ running the most beta version of PatrickE's firmware, MW OSD, and the rare prototype vario.

The quad I tried to learn MW OSD, Flip, and baseflight has afro esc's causing issues, so I am going to rip out the components.
Who knows, maybe I can thermal the bixler via video. It has thermalled before, but it was light.

Selling my Bird of Time for free. Just the airframe, buyer pays shipping. Ad is on rcgroups, or send me a pm on here. I can include servos or airtronics radio gear for extra.

My mom said no more planes, so if I sell one then I can buy one (cularis)

Wish I knew you were still getting rid of it. I'd be interested. Where on RCG? I dint see it in the sailplane section.

I'm just about to start an fpv thermaling build and I'm wondering if you guys find yourselves using tilt on your cameras very much? To look up for the flat bottomed cumulus clouds? If not I'll just go with pan. Thanks.

I use it to look for cumulus clouds, and also to look down to search for possible thermal generating features on the ground. Definitely useful!

Here's a few shots from my recent 3 hour flight with the Cularis. Soaring with paragliders was one of the best FPV experiences I've had! They were intrigued by the new visitor at their soaring spot, and didn't have issues with me flying with them. The lift was so good that I had to push the Cularis down to avoid shooting up to space! Vario was going crazy at times :-)

that second to the last shot really shows off the flying spot there Max. The ocean breeze hitting that looooooong ridge must give you a very nice compression zone for epic ridge soaring........and the distance it extends.........wow......just wow! I want to fly there!!!!!!! Great pics......thanks!!!
