:-) I've already swapped out the metal legs (a bit 'springy' fore/aft) with 6mm fiberglass rods and the original feet/rods. Sure the white is 'different' but the right amount of give and right amount of stiffness, and can't snap like the hollow tubes.

with our luck.... now beefing up the legs will snap the metal thumbscrew mounts out of the baseplates Ha ha

We use the 8mm carbon tube in new version

So can we buy these replacement leg sets separately? I don't see them on the web site anywhere.
I've bent the metal ones, even ripped the aluminum mounts as the glass fiber rods were apparently stronger than the aluminum.
I gues the carbon legs are bet4eer off being the sacrificial element.
The 8mm's should be a good size compromise.

Yes...I'm now grounded until I can replace the legs and mounts! :-(

This is probably a bit on the ridiculous side, but what do you think about using 11 or 12 inch props, a 4S 4500 MAh battery, and 920 kV motors? My impression is that this frame is too large for what I'm talking about, but if stripped of landing gear and gimbal rails it isn't actually very heavy.

of course it would fly...but not efficiently.
...sounds like your pulling parts from a 330-450 sized craft to possibly use on a 680?

    Foldable, easy to carry.

    Features:
    - 1.5mm 3K carbon fiber processing
    - With side plate and aluminum reinforcement
    - Light weight, high strength
    - Weight: 420g
    - Wheelbase(after unfolding): 680mm
    - Folded size: 24*37cm
    - Max.propeller size: 15inch
    - Inside size: 21mm, could mount DJI, SX, APM flight controller
    - Reserve landing gear installation hole.
    - Reserve Tarot Gopro gimbal mount position.

If it is possible to specify, please?

420g, it is the weight of an empty frame with the landing gear?

Also can Skylark, or anyone, specify how many to weigh separately a frame without chassis and how many the landing gear weighs.

    Thanks!

One thing I found out is the motor #1 and #3 are extremely hot after each flight, I have done ESC throttle calibration but to no improvement.. I am worrying if the Naza M is having problem...?

Can some kind soul please share his experience and gain setting?

    Thanks in advance.
i have the 3508 380kv sunny skies motors, same ESCs, 6S 4000mah, Naza and 15x5.5 props, pretty similar to your setup. The 4014s on my friend's quad also ran hot and he soon switched to the red 3508s.
Regarding the wobbly issue, I too have a hard time combating the wobbles. It turned out that my basic Naza gains were too low. I cranked them up to 165, 165, rudder slightly lower at 153 and vertical gain at 160. Alti were 140, 140.. and finally I got it pretty stable in strong wind.
