I like the camera but it does not handle a picture with both light and dark areas (like a horizon) very well and switches between which one to correctly expose. The Sony 600TVL (PZ0420/C1333) does a better job IMO.

However looking at either ground or sky the camera excels in performance.

    Hi,
I've got one of these, and I can't get rid of a white haze.. It looks like it's foggy out. My first guess was that condensation developed on the lens when I took it outside, but I cleaned the lens, and that wasn't the issue.
So basically, inside it looks fine (dim light), but outside(bright daylight) there is always a white haze/fog in the image.

Does anyone else have that issue? I've tried the settings listed on that vimo video everyone points to, and it hasn't made a difference.
    The cam is IR blocked.

    Thanks!

Tell me what could be the reason .Connect camera Sony 960H CCD Effio-V 800TVL and the monitor go static . Tried different transmitters ,the result is the same ,but if you put a different camera ,no problem.
Noise black stripe going from the top down , from a distance , 10 meters or 500 meters

Sandor, check the output voltage from the transmiter and input voltage in the camera. They could be different.

On one copter transmitter is powered by a 4S battery, and the camera from the 12 volt Converter.
aguillamot what to include from one LNB ?
I have to move the camera to another kopter therefore have to use use a BEC.
    Thanks for the idea.
