I'm trying to work to a solution that is somewhat acceptable for both sides. But we all have to pitch in a little.

The next post below this one better show some pictures, scans and whatnot to solve this a.s.a.p

Not sure where you are going with that, adult toys? There's a large variety you know, and I'm not referring to the RC kind ...

I'm having problems also. We just did some testing for a hour at lunch. Using a TBS Disco I've been flying for months with a 14SG and 8channel FHSS RX. I've upgraded to a Taranis w/ JR module and a 8ch Lite RX. 1.48B Firmware (WAS 1.48A WHEN RECEIVED NEW) Extreme Hopping on RX and TX. Quad goes into Failsafe at a 1000ft everytime, we did this for a hour straight and it happens everytime.

I have no problem making a video if that's what you need to believe me

Line of sight, 1000ft every time

    Please help

Monopole antenna? That's really not recommended on a quad, please switch to a dipole and post your scans here, the TBS Disco with the TBS CORE can be extremely noisy on the 433MHz band depending on your configuration.

Yep, stock antenna. Can you please post a link to the antennas you are recommending?

Just solder a piece of wire to the side of the SMA connector, cut to ~165mm length and you're done.
