Just got my tiny OSD. Same problem. No video and no OSD. Got led on current sensor and OSD heats up..didn't do ant firmware flashing. Wiring harness works fine without the OSD..
Can somebody give me contact info for skylark service?

Yes I did. And funny enough after tapping the OSD board a few times the LED on the GPS and on the OSD came on ( current sensor LED was already on)
But still no video or OSD..
I measured the 12v & 5V lines as well as the RSSI and they all check out.

The connections are all correct ( I triple checked and I am an electrical engineer) judging by the heat buildup on the OSD board I would guess a faulty component on the board...

You are right of course. I already researched the cableing on this and other forums and have been able to eliminate it as the source of the problem. Thanks for your response, but I'm actually looking for help in contacting skylark and how to go about getting the board replaced..
    anybody gone through this lately?
