    Problem electronic composant DUO5800

    Hi

I just received my Duo5, 8 from HK.

By opening the package I heard a noise inside the receiver

I opened the receiver and I found this little component that separated from the electronic card.

Just solder it back on, there's no polarity on the inductor, either way works. Sorry to see it arrive in this shape, I'll get a message out to HK to make sure they package these products well.

    hello

finally I never use the duo5.8ghz since the problem of transportation.

Today I try the RX with TX 600 mW

it seems not work very well

I have a Duo 2.4 Ghz and it works very well

    I have repetitive flash.

is there an after-sales service in Europe?

    thank's for support

You need to contact HK, as that's where you got it from.

ImmersionRC normally doesn't offer direct support, as we don't sell direct. The retailer is your first point of contact. But I'm not going to be an a** about things, so how about you explain to me first what you mean by 'flashing' ?

May the path for recovery of your unfortunate Duo5800 be covered with dogpoop while wearing white shoes.
