    Wrong product received (solved - positive)

    Dear stockrc staff

    Just to clear my situation, i did an order online, received a product out of specifications, promptly contact customer service and you did not accept the return, not complying with EU 2003 e-commerce directive.

    A friend of mine have bought several STOCKRC branded KYPOM 4s 5200mAh lipo, to use on a TBS discovery.

    I decided to do the same and ordered 2 lipos. After receiving the lipos i realize that they are out of specification on the website. Instead of 32mm high, they have 38mm and do not fit on the Discovery.
    Decided to contact you promptly, referring this, but just received a denied with an automated reply.

    I am really tired of this hobby since most of the companies do not work by the law, and the after sales are almost insistent, maybe due to the lack of legislation on this particularly are of model hobby. I have absolute no use for this battery and it is a shame that you have not accept my request, from a loyal customer that have spent some thousand of euros in parts.

    The product now, as the correct specifications, as listed on : http://tienda.stockrc.com/epages/eb0...roducts/4s5000 . I guess you did take in account my information rather then test the battery dimensions by yourself.

    Really sad, i am not the kind of guy spending to much time with legislation and customer rights but in my particularly case i do agree with the EU bureaucrats creating some legislation that is clear. The return of an online order should be accepted if the product received do not comply with the online specifications, period!.
