    EZUHF 2w

I want to buy EZUHF and I would buy one 2w. I knew I had to be available this week but still I have no news. I am waiting for its release or buy the old EZUHF? I'd like to have the new!

Didn't you just answer your own question?

The only answer I got was from ImmersionRC who answered vaguely that would come together to form JR in a week, but doubt about the convenience of waiting for the release of 2w or buy the old model remains.

I talk to Ssassen quite often and one thing I know is he rarely puts delivery dates on items till they are on the boat being shipped. If your waiting for a 2w module then it will be a test of patience but if your like the rest of us and want to fly then trust me the "old" one is good enough.

And from my experiance, even Ssassen knows this. On any normal machine 600mw is more then enough, 2w is just insane. What do you plan to do with it?

    EZUHF 2w

2W is really unnecessary for most, unless you really need it I wouldn't bother waiting... It's likely to be a while yet until the 2W are ready anyway.

To be honest the biggest feature of the 2W isn't the power IMO, it's the fact that it runs on a wider voltage range.

If you have a compatible transmitter though, the JR module is pretty cool - I could imagine waiting for that one.

Is a "JR" module the same style/size used on Futaba 9C?

No. It's for Tx that accepts "JR" type modules, and Futaba isn't one. Get the standard EZuhf Tx box for your radio.

    So the thread is dead?
No signs of the 2W version.

    Anyone know the story?
