I am tired of gluing back the rcx magnet, I crashed a lot and they are easy to loose, I change to sunnies 2300kv, and never look back, I think for the long run, buying quality motor is a good investment.

Yea the RCXs are pretty subpar in a lot of aspects.... but they are dirt cheap, too.

But I agree... if you're gonna skimp out on something make sure it isn't the motors

I think I have seen this on every quad copter forum. Someone spends hundreds of dollars building the perfect quad and then buys the cheapest motors they can find. You've just spent hundreds of dollars on the thing, plan on putting a camera on and then buy a cracker jack motor and wonder why it fell out of the sky. There is something to the saying "you get what you pay for".

    Thank you, I feel better.

I always look for the best of the best of everything. Sometimes that means more $$$ but to me its worth it.

I also love Cottonelle toilet paper and Evian water. Haha

Okay now, back to your scheduled programming.

Have anyone tried the RCTimer 5x3 CF props? 8 props for 17USD seems like a good deal, half of the Gemfan CFs http://www.rctimer.com/product_1066.html
