    A request for help from our loyal customers!

    Hi All,

    I'm coming to you asking you all for some help.

    We've been talking to Horizon Hobby about selling their products. If you don't know already, they are the major distributor of many of the most popular RC brands:

    They are hesitant to add us as a new online retailer for their products. They are afraid that we won't be able to support our customers they way they want their products

    supported. From our standpoint, it would be a perfect fit for both of us so we can offer many of their products that are good for FPV use such as their new multicopters and

    planes that work well for FPV, and we already have a great reputation for supporting what we sell.

    Carrying Horizon products would reduce our reliance on getting products made for us from overseas manufacturers and companies. We'll always continue to work with the best

    manufacturers overseas, but we'd love to be able to offer the "known" products that Horizon distributes as well so all of you can get everything you need directly from us.

    So...I'm hoping you all can help us let Horizon know that you'd love to be able to buy their products from us. Let them know how good our service is. Let them know how fast

    we ship. Let them know what you think. I think most of you, our customers, can attest to our level of customer support. Us telling Horizon how well we take care of our

    customers isn't as convincing our customers telling them how well we take care of you.

    I think, with your help, we can convince them that we are the right company to work with.

    Are you sure? My little customer experience with Horizon wasn't the best. Let Horizon do the sweet talk to have you on board. Not the other way arround.

    I'm with Hans on this. If you guys sell/endorse a product I know it's good. They should be asking you for that privilege.

    Personally not interested in any of the Horizon branded stuff. I'm more interested in RMRC finding worthy small-run projects and promoting them to enthusiasts. I think working with focused products from Sweepwings, RealFPV, Ritewing, FPV Monkey is what keeps me interested in RMRC. Let the designers work on the design and implementation, let the seller/distributor work on customer experience and feedback. Everyone wins.

    Maybe you're right. Perhaps I was being selfish. Sorry Tim, I'll use their website contact to let them know how highly I think of ReadyMade.
