    ^^ exactly that.
I was looking to go with flat grey Monokote, but the flat colors are insanely expensive.
The nifty treat on this plane are the formation lights + underwing. 2 separate systems of THESE from Flytron. Many different colors/modes + dimmable from Tx.
-LOSers cry wolf when they see SHEEP
    -Why? ...because I can.

Very nice. How are you powering them and do they sell and ship to U.S. ? I guess I can figure out that last part

Yes Basti, 2 sliders on Tx for dimming top/bottom separately.

@Maj.Duty -they are powered just like a servo. 5v +/-/sig Draw is 1A each set on full bright.
My top lights are set all blue, on the bottom I will use different programs as it suits the flight.

That is super cool looking, AtariJoe!

Anyone got some tips for removing the mains spars that are glued in there with Gorilla Glue? Mine are broken and need replacing. :P

Bought a complete zephyr 2 from someone online here in the Netherlands. Stripped it and repainted it with plastidip.

    Progress:

Never mind guys, i figured it out by luring a thin steel wire underneath the spars and dragging it across. Made for a pretty clean cut as well! All ready for new spars now.
