Yup. You just need to get the radial mounting kit. In my case I wanted an 8mm shaft to fit my folding prop hub. Part number is : ZS30-BKADAP-8XL

awesome - thx for the pic ... ordered the ZS3014-12 yesterday over the A30-10L - specs say it outperforms slightly - you happy with the speed & noise level?

that's a good looking folder setup too ... wouldn't mind a link to that prop/spinner combo

I had a little boo-boo on my ZII today. It was blowing 20 Mph and I was pretty sure it could handle it but I was going down wind and got into a oscillating stall, it was a pilot error, if I would have pulled up into the wind I could have saved it. Nothing was damaged only the cover of the bay was ripped off, everything else was fine.

Don't mind the 17.2 Volt battery I need to reconfigure my OSD.

    Cheers,
    Ugrd

pretty awesome for a "nothing damaged" crash ... looks like the ZII's are built pretty tough ... not like this guy's corsair

Surely EVERYTHING to do with a race depends on the engine and build? That's the point of this competition, no?

I bought "GRAUPNER FOLD PROP 9X6+SPIN 5mm SFT" which is a complete package including everything.

9x6 was recommended by Sander who speaks highly of that motor + prop combination. I'm very happy with the performance on 4S. Climb rate is real good. Straight line speed isn't amazing but I've only been flying LOS so far so I don't really know how fast I'm going. It's certainly not slow. Sounds much quieter than my smaller wing on 6x4. Won't be noticeable once you get up to 150ft+.

The motor spec sheet says it will do 750w... so I'm gonna look for a second prop combination for when I want a bit more speed. Based on ecalc I could go to 9x9 and be at 55A max current and 700~ watts with a pitch speed of 125mph. Gonna do some research before I go for that though, these folding props aren't cheap! Otherwise even a 9x7 gives a pitch speed of 99mph and 2.9kg static thrust which is probably enough!
