imagine your entire groundstation setup covered in rain water.. the sky entirely gray, and your exposed kk2 board cowering under your shirt as you scurry topless off the beach and back to the car... you'll have have an idea of what I've been dealing with. Once this one is over,I'm going to need a vacation.

A small hippie island off the east coast of Vancouver Island.

managed to burn through a pack at the beach today before the sky opened up.. hopefully tomorrow ill get a dry patch to get airborne again. Although I just finished the umpteenth version of my groundstation setup before this trip, traveling and flying in new locales has taught me some valuable lessons about the equipment I bring to the field and how I go about it. I'll be starting work on yet another new groundstation configuration the minute I get home.

I dare not say it will be my last, but as per usual, it will be my best.

Sounds like there's naked women in abundance, finger-painting each other an putting flowers in their hair? If so have you invited Carbon over for a few days yet?

Daydreaming-------Me watching women )and my wife) fingerpainting each other and giggling. Is this the Canadian ''Burning man''??......We're in. Well I'm in, but I will just tell her that we are going to one of those Corporate ''Trust'' retreats......Or better yet a ''hypnotist'' convention, she eats that stuff up......lol
