Hi -
Just curious to see which OSD you are using?
I am using the Telefly OSD by My fly dream (it works with my AAT) $45 with built in GPS encoder for tracking. I'm interested in one that will pass through GPS and offer better "screen display options". This way I can still use my AAT but with a better OSD. But for the $ I like mine
I have tried DOSD+, but apparently I am not smart enough to figure it out.![]()
Im using the skylark.....my only complaint is that the altitude seems to be slow .
I use dragonosd and SimpleOSD XL. I like them both.

I really like the DOSv2 but you do need ppm out to really get the most out of it. The return to home works great just on GPS. I didn't find it too hard to set up either. For what the board can do I am really happy. It has all the functions I need and many I don't even use.
I also have a few e-osd and use them all the time. If the flight is 2km or under I normally will be flying the plane that has a e-osd on board. when I do long range stuff I use the other two. I generally don't need a home arrow as I am getting better at reading my surroundings. Touch wood!

$10 cncheli osd (same as hobbyking e-osd) and Remzibi OSD - Although I have not flown it yet.
Don't steal, the government hates competition.
I fly the Skylark brand of products. $ per feature it's a top contender IMO. And before anyone says anything, yes I am fairly close to the development side of the brand. But I do NOT benefit from Skylark sales AT ALL. I just like to recommend products that I believe in.
Danub - look into the Trace OSD - it should work with your tracker (PM Skylark to make sure though) - it's what I use for my wing.
And as long as we are on the subject - $398 for the Trace OSD and the tracker is the best $400 you can spend with FPV right now. That's a tough deal to match. I'd even argue the point that it's a better buy than RV5 considering you get a tracker.
** I have a REMZIBI that I plan to use on my 600 heli.
** I have a Simple OSD XL that I plan to use never
** RV5 is a BEAST! I like it - it deserves honorable mention just bc it's bad-ass
** EZOSD's mah/mile feature is great. That feature alone makes it worth it if you're into range-flying.
I bet that the issue is local to your plane - we are running the same firmware and mine is great. 1280 is known to affect GPS unfortunately. Come over and I'll rewire your entire plane.
