oh and the heatsink goes on the backside oposite of the lcd, the upper half towards the SMA connector is enough to heatsink.

Ok so openLRS is not playing nice for me today. I got every thing all buttoned up early this AM and went for a test hover everything was perfect for the first pack.

Went to fly a 2nd pack and when you power it up you get a flashing led on the rx for a few seconds then nothing... tried rebinding tried updating to the latest greatest still nothing. So in an attempt to be able to have it finished up for vacation (leave friday night) I threw my 250mW 5.8 Tx and AR8000 w/sat on, I KNOW I KNOW, just finished flying 2 packs through it and everything was good to go. just have to watch the range and objects I guess

Mine would probably even be fine without a heat sink. It never gets that warm even when the props aren't spinning. Just put it on the front with the LCD so you can actually see the LCD.

WHOA! so I come back to look for my thread and its a STICKY!? If I would have know that was going to happen I might have used the real camera instead of the phone lol.

Finally had some time to work out the gremlins in my Openlrs gear today! Using a DTF 4ch Rx with PPM out to the Naze. Seems to be working as expected just did a quick LOS test flight.

things left to do: get my 1.2 video gear mounted back up, decide how i'm going to power my electronics using 4s (ive been using 3s) so I can put these new Kypoms to use!

Ill try to get some proper pics of everything put together and ready to go at some point this weekend.

I hope to give it the ultimate jello test this week. I switched my GP2 to a Sunex non-fisheye lens.
