Oops, I should have specified as I was guessing what size folders you had picked out for your setup. I think you are looking good for accomplishing your 20 mile round trip with all that Ah on board along with the slippery airfoil. I look forward to seeing the data from your flights.

    lookin v nice sentry.

you sure you really need a folder? not that i really know but i would guess traditional APC props would be more efficient if you arent planing on gliding.

    looking forward to your results

Yeah - that's my little Latin waffle maker. LOL.

I took her out 2 miles 2day on the Fatshark goggles. I've gotta put a filter in there to remove 2 black lines. After I run a few packs through her and build an aerodynamic battery tray cover I'll start my testing on pulling the telemtery to see what kind of efficiency I can get. I was worried about snap stalling - but this morning I slowed her down a LOT and she'll just lazily float around... but when I kick her in the ass she rolls out hard as well. I'm happy!!

The folder is to save the motor/motor-mount area during landings. W/ my tractor planes I can see if the prop is vertical and will "dig in" to the ground durin landing - so a quik throttle bump and i can clear it. But since I can't see the prop here, I think the folder will just ensure that the motor area survives landings.
