    TBS shipping options

    Hi Trappy & TBS crew,

For a extra fee are you able to offer premium shipping via DHL or FedEx?
It's just peace of mind knowing that the package will be handled with care, and offer proper tracking.

Any INT standard shipping is handed over to domestic postal services in my case Australia post, no tracking, and packages tend to arrive beaten up. I have had orders (worth 1k) from other online stores missing.

    cheers,

Looking forward to placing my 2nd order for parts

    Walt

    Hi trappy

I will be ordering the tbs discovery kit but as of now there is an order cap so il wait for it to end.

I would like to know what courier do you use in international shipping? I am located in the Philippines and I really need to know the shipping options to be able to track my items.

I am having 2nd thoughts if I should ship the items to USA and have johnny air cargo ship it to the Philippines or I choose your courier of choice to ship it directly to the Philippines.

I need your advice sir Trappy.

    Thank you

    PIERRE

Couriers forbid LiPo batteries. Couriers check all required EU paperwork, including (but not limited to) if every product is shipped with a 20-language manual. We can send it with a courier, but if your package gets confiscated in the process we're not going to be held responsible. this is my stance on couriers. We've had too many useless wasted hours in the past and delayed shipments because people wanted them "express".

Hello Trappy. Tell me what mail you can send in Russia apart from the usual? I would like to make a further order, but I want, that he quickly came. And the first order for me still going, but it had been almost a month.

I'd pay for a faster shipping method but I suspect the "real" delay is the time a package sits in customs, and that likely isn't reduced by using FedEx, etc...

I was not sure where to post this but I had a question to anyone out there that might have an answer.I place my first order with TBS on 2/24/2013 and I see the payment went through but never received an e-mail confirming the order from TBS.Do they do this or do they just send the order out?

Thanks in advance for any replies

you should receive several e-mail, one confirming the order and one confirming payment. both e-mails contain links to the order on our website, where you can track and communicate with support (me). check your spam folder!
