HANS = Haloacetonitriles, which is latin for 'Spending more time on the forum moderating than piloting RC models by FPV'.

That's what that means? I would have thought it meant you were sitting around playing Halo...

OTB= aka "I'm going OTB" over the back. You are slope soaring and your plane can't penetrate enough to stay out front.

It should be an acronym. If I also start putting unusual words I'll be here forever.

    For the Helicopter guys...
    CCPM- Collective Cyclic Pitch Mixing

    IRC- ImmersionRC
dBm- decibles-miliwatts (measured power referenced to one miliwatt (mw), what the IRC Power Meter provides, and used in Link Margin calculations)
When nothing else out there will suit your needs... design and build it yourself.

IRC is there, Not sure if I should start with helicopters or planes since I know very little about them. This list leans toward multi-rotor.

Is dBm a measure of radio transmission power?

proportional–integral–derivative , (PID controller) is a control loop feedback mechanism (controller) commonly used in industrial control systems
