    A) 1000mw is massive and unnecessary

    B) All that kit and you're gonna use a 7" screen?

A)many people are gettin great results with that tx!
B)goggles make me dizzy so I cant wear them, If I could mount a bigger screen to my radio I would but 7" is as big as can really be done. I could go bigger and mount it to a tripod but would loose a lot of freedom that that way.

Goggles will only make you dizzy the first few flights... in my experience anyway Then it's all fun and games!
You should be able to go miles away....

Looks good - I still don't know why people think they need a watt - but other than that you look like you're pretty much setup. I'd say give goggles another shot - 1) it greatly reduces the setup time and crap you have to take to the field 2) you don't have to hold your head down so much (neck hurty - lol). 3) it's a lot more immersive 4) you are "closer" to the image so you can pick up fine(r) detail.

I suggest sitting in a chair with the goggles and you'll be fine.

+ 1 for goggles. the problem with the screen is backlight reflections, they will drive you nuts but... I keep my screen as a backup anyways.
keep in mind that a complex setup ( tracker / diversity ) will take you more time to launch thus less time to fly.

but be prepared to go VERY far.

Thanks for the replys guys! I dont think goggles are going to work for me though. I tried them a few times and they just dont work well with my eyes or something maybe its my astigmatism or something. When I was a kid I would get car sick a lot, I feel like that every time I wore the goggles.

Were you standing or sitting with the goggles?

sitting, dont think I ever tried standing with them on. here is a picture of my radio set up though... I also have a fmkit wii joystick for pan and tilt, but I decided against a pan and tilt system for my zephyr build.
