Well done buddy:-)
Is this for a Ritewing boomer?
Do you also remove the reflex?
How much do you have to change the cg to fly with the boom?
Guys, guys!!! Again. This is all pointless for us readers unless you share details about your craft:rolleyes:
No chart. If you use 1,3 ghz for video you choose Dragonlink.
You are a great sport:D
Yeah! Thats what im talking about. Nice!
tfmccull: Your Drak looks absolutely stunning:eek:
I gave my 2,5 year old darling a new nosejob. Next season will be all about super smooth, super view.
The nose piece is a remix of my own...
Congratulation Valerabox:D Kevin, Valerabox! The real value of this thread is to share information on setups. Learning, you know:rolleyes:
Daz AAAAAmaaaazin!
Nice! Congratulations:-) Please tell us about your motor, batteries and propeller.
Seems like Gopro have finally made a huge step in stabilization. I know its not perfect, but it is getting very-very good.
Check out this video from Daemn 42, starring the Graugans:

Maybe it can be repaired, but I wouldn't bother.
If a servo is acting up, I replace it. Consider yourself lucky that the servo is not deeply embedded in foam, or even worse have it fail while flying.
A ferrite ring close to the servo and/or braiding the wires will probably solve it. However it should not be necessary. I would not use that servo at all....
The plow:

Yes. I was pushing it and flew right in. Did quite a lot of damage to the field. Some real plow action. Video to come.
The last frame of today's dvr recording. I nosed in at full throttle:eek:. Not much damage to the air frame, but I need new wing joiners. Runcam2 was lost in the grass.

Dude! Your skills are amazing.
Prop recommendations from Cobra or any other manufacturer are so conservative, that it makes them a bit useless for our hot needs. My guesstimate from ecalc is that it will do ok with 7x5. Here are...
Sorry about the uneven flying. My flight controller was very out of tune, and I am not used to flying in 2dhold. Anyways exciting and very scary flight.

Its the 63 inch.
Its a very low KV for such a plane. The stall speed is to close to the pitch speed of the propeller. You will have a hard time flying at lower than half throttle. The motor is just to slow (assuming...
Glad to see your MD coming back together again so soon:D Often I let a smashed up plane hang on the wall for days or even weeks, before repairing.
